Progny only accesses information that users explicitly authorize through available permissions, APIs, or integrations. Users may disconnect connected sources at any time. Progny does not collect passwords for third-party services.

Technical Information

We may collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the platform, including device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, security logs, authentication logs, error reports, performance metrics, and usage analytics.

Progny is designed to help people better represent themselves, not to exploit their information.

Progny uses AI-powered systems to assist users with profile creation, information organization, profile adaptation, opportunity matching, evidence discovery, profile enrichment, recommendation systems, and data interpretation.

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving information they choose to publish or share.

Private user information is not used to train external foundation models without explicit consent.

Progny may offer features designed to improve trust, authenticity, and confidence in profile information.

These features may include evidence systems, verification systems, Reality Signals, confidence scoring, source attribution, and cross-reference validation.

These systems are intended to provide additional context and transparency. They do not guarantee absolute truth, accuracy, or completeness.

Users may challenge, correct, or remove inaccurate information where appropriate.

Users maintain meaningful control over their information.

Progny is committed to supporting portability, transparency, and user ownership wherever reasonably possible.

Progny only shares information when necessary: with service providers helping operate the platform, with integrations explicitly authorized by users, with recipients selected by users through sharing features, when required by law, or to protect users, rights, security, or platform integrity.

Progny does not sell personal information to advertisers, brokers, or third-party data marketplaces.

While no system can guarantee absolute security, protecting user trust is one of Progny's highest priorities.

Progny is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law in the user's jurisdiction.

If we become aware that information has been collected unlawfully from a child, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
